Returned checks are subject to a $35 handling fee.

Invoices are delivered via email immediately after service completion.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of future service eligibility.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when a service has not been rendered or there has been a billing error.
In the event of unsatisfactory results, we offer re-treatment within 7 days at no additional cost before any refund consideration.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
